These folks are running a “cash only” parking scam! They use video cameras to wait for parking violators in a large parking area in front of a restaurant that opens for dinner only. An empty large lot. Then as soon as your out of site they run out and BOOT the vehicle and run back in their cubby. They hold you up for random amounts from $250 to $350 per hour! All day long.. students, construction workers, tenants, it’s all tax free! Give em a 1099👍

After dealing with four star for the past year, BPM is a dream. We moved in about two months ago and the unit was fairly dirty and a few things were broken. We put in a maintenance request for the broken items and a maintenance person called me directly to notify me when he would be coming, he also would call to let me know when everything would be completed. Every time I call, someone answers by the second ring which is dramatically different from my experience with four star where I would spend 20 mins trying to reach them before giving up for the day.

Original Post: Be careful when dealing with these crooks! If you mistakingly park on their property anywhere, their property and project managers will boot your vehicle and demand cash payment for removal. Cash that these managers put in their own pockets! Crooks!
New Post: It's hilarious to see the completely fabricated response by the Owner. To be clear I temporarily parked in an EMPTY parking lot around 6:30 in the morning where there was NO clear signage .Your PM booted the truck and was paid $350 to remove it. Oh and like I said, cash payments only! You're a CROOK and a LIAR.

We moved in about two weeks ago and it was really dirty in the apartment. There was dirt covering a lot of appliances as well as so much dirt covering baseboards that surround the floor. As well as dirt, the stove is scary to use everyday because it smells like gas a lot and only one out of the four burners actually work. Pretty sure they also purposefully didn’t show us the laundry machines because we would see that you actually have to pay everytime you want to use a washer or dryer even though we are already paying overpriced monthly rent.

Boulder Property Management is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. AVOID RENTING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!! They will take every possible opportunity they can to charge you extra money, and do not see you as human. I have paid over $2,000 in additional charges this year from fees that were no fault of my own. They are also incredibly un-helpful in situations of need. Our pipes were frozen for 2 weeks during winter this year, and our apartment flooded; we received extremely inadequate assistance and absolutely no compensation. Do not support this business! They will ruthlessly

Listen to what others say - avoid renting a BPD property at all costs. They will screw you over in any way they know how, from surprising you with extra rent, not notifying you of a non-renewal with no reason to evict, and each and every agent in their office is entirely unprofessional. They have made mistakes on my lease twice, but were not accommodating to fix it. We have maintenance requests that have spanned 9+ months. The list goes on. Do yourself a favor and get literally any other place.

We are about to move out after a years lease and I couldn't be any happier to expel all contact from BPM from my life. Since moving in, trespassers and a lack a privacy have been a voiced issue and BPM refused to take steps that would keep us safe. We live on central Arapahoe Ave where it is always very busy and has a huge pedestrian population with a bus stop directly on our sidewalk. My housemates and I have had 4 bikes stolen and at least 5 of our cars broken into, not to mention the countless bums rooting through our trash daily or smoking in the backyard or coming up to the patio and peering

First, they in no way asked me to write this review, but I do want to help out people moving to boulder. If you’re looking to rent in boulder, these folks are the ones to go through. We’ve been living at a bpm property about a year and really only have good things to say. Whenever we have a maintenance problem, they are super responsive and if it’s an emergency (broken toilet, leaking pipe, clogged shower in our experience) they are out usually within 30 minutes to 45 minutes. The repairman they sent even went the total extra mile and said he didn’t have a part for our toilet but that he

I am a parent of a CU student who used Boulder Property Management to rent an apartment. We live in Northern Colorado presently, have lived in Boulder in the past, and know the area well. We highly recommend BPM. As a parent, I had a few questions throughout the year and every time I called BPM, they responded in a timely manner.
