Thinking of renting business office space from Dean Callan in Boulder, Co? Beware! Our office space that we rented for over a year lacked proper air flow in the vents, which led to poor heating and AC when it was needed, and moldy air that our clients would notice as soon as they walked in. The problem was exacerbated by water that leaked from the ceiling from the restaurants above our office on a weekly basis.
