At Pennant Investment Company, our average time to lease your home on the rental market depends on the time of year. Normally, it takes approximately 30 days. This is because we begin marketing your rental home when it is rent ready, or as soon as the current residents give us their 30 day notice of their intent to move out.

Worst real estate experience of my life. Was never made aware of the mysterious HOA or their rules at time of signing lease. Then they started threatening fines for minor parking violations. Brenda, the Pennant property manager refused to offer coordination between the property owner, managers, and myself. Inflexible, terse, and consistently dismissive. I would never let this group manage my properties, or lease any property connected with them.

Do not rent with Pennant! I've had a string of mediocre/bad landlords but Pennant took it to a next level.
Here are some of the more egregious offenses:
1. Upon move-in, there was a variety trash around/inside the premise. We requested that they remove it, but they ignored us and we had to deal with it ourselves. There were other problems as well (burnt out lightbulbs, doors that didn't close, etc.) that they ignored us about.
2. The finished basement of our property smelled strongly of mildew upon move in, and the carpet was damp. Turned out the foundation leaked every time it rained or snow

She and her staff are very easy to reach, and they respond to voicemail messages and email messages very quickly. These qualities are important to me because I am an out-of-state landlord. This company is an absolute nightmare. Brenda is rude, inattentive, invasive, and down right immoral.
Nothing gets fixed after numerous maintenance requests.
The "annual maintenance inspection"" is merely an excuse for either her son or her husband (the maintenance men) to come into your home and open every single door, cabinet, and drawer, to snoop around while telling you it's to make sure they are all still functional, because when you point something out that needs fixed they will not ever come back and fix it.
The chimney cap (a 14 inch diameter piece of metal) came blowing

My husband rented with this company and all I can say is DO NOT give them any of your business they will show up unannounced for an inspection and look through your closets and cabinets they'll go so far as to open up a drawer or two they are extremely invasive. I've never seen a company so unprofessional, they never fixed a thing that was broken but they did decide they needed to change the lights in the garage that were already working all the while the dish washer leaks, all the burners on the stove don't work. All of these things were reported to the " maintenance man"

I love renting from them! They are literally the best property management company I have ever rented from. When things break, they have several maintenance people, so it’s a very quick turnaround to get something fixed. I hope to live in our current home for a long time, because they always take care of us! ❤️

We rented for 2 years and we’ve never been treated worse. Brenda held our deposit for over 6 months and when we went for it in person treated my fiancé like he wasn’t even human. Brenda is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life and only cares about money not people. I wish I could give this company 0 stars because it was such a horrible experience even after we moved out. No business should threaten people and Brenda did that from the moment we moved in. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Save yourself from the hassle and rudeness especially.

Brenda the supposed buisness owner is one the rudest people i have ever met. She does not know how to communicate and if you question her she lashes out aggressively. It took 6 months to get our deposit back, when I finally offered to pick up in person, Brenda had misspelled both my first and last name. When I requested they fix it she simply crossed it out with a pen and re wrote it.(not legal) luckily I have a good relationship with my bank and they accepted it. This is a piss poor excuse of a property management company take your buisness else where. And to Brenda learn to treat the people with

We rented for two years in downtown Boulder and it was a pleasant experience. The office seemed to be a little short staffed most of the time, but everyone was always super nice anyways. Moving out next week, so can’t speak for the deposit return, but leaving our place in better shape then when we arrived so hoping for a check back! Thanks Pennant and Brenda!!

The company was unable to place tenants that paid. My property was poorly maintained. I was charged for multiple repairs that had to be redone when I reclaimed property management responsibility. Tenants damaged the property and or did not pay rent. Company did not collect on damages or unpaid rent.

Pennant was my HOA's property mngmt co for like 20 years but out of the blue, they sold us to a horrible property mngmt co up in Loveland. It took us two years to dig out of that mess. Then the company we were with closed. My HOA board has gone back to Pennant. At 1st I was glad because we have had such horrible luck with mngmt co's. But now I remember why I hated Brenda as much as I do. She is very ruthless, cut throat, rude, condescending and an absolute...well probably shouldn't say it here but you get the drift. She's very uncompassionate. We have been dealing with bed bugs

My experience with Pennant was horrible. I owned a home in Longmont, CO and the homeowners association made the bad decision to have Pennant serve as their neighborhood manager. They were completely ineffective as well as condescending and arrogant. They were a contributing reason to several of us selling and leaving that neighborhood. I was surprised to see this group pop up under a web search for a Charles Schwab office.
