I lived here for two years, and the experience was great until we moved out of the apartment. We lived in two different apartments, and I was told that we did a phenomenal job cleaning the first apartment. For the second apartment, the front office was told by Bobby (maintenance guy) that we didn’t clean ONE thing in the apartment and that was a complete LIE. The oven could have been cleaner, but everything else was deep cleaned. I know they have cleaning people come in after as well, so we should not have been charged for cleaning. I also do not recommend renting here if you have pets, because

Kayla was extremely helpful when I needed to select an apartment. I was out of area and she created a virtual tour that really made me feel welcome. Kayla answered all of my questions and she was very courteous throughout the entire process. She is the epitome of customer care and if you decide to move to Park 9, request Kayla as your leasing agent.

Hi, I arrived in my new place and was welcomed by the staff here at Park 9.
Friendly, professional and very helpful.
After I moved in the following day I took photos of the two bedroom apartment. It needed some touch up on the walls and the floors. Since I had already moved in, I was told maintenance couldn’t do the repairs but I was offered some paint to do myself. The paint was delivered to my door the next business day by Steven. I thanked him for delivering it and I explained to him that they didn’t do a fresh coat prior to my arrival, that was clear and they did leave marks on the floor

I truly love living at Park 9! The grounds are beautiful and very well-kept, and for the most part, it's pretty quiet, which is always a great thing! Kayla, Hannah, and Miranda are absolutely amazing every time you have a question or need assistance; they go well above and beyond to make sure you're living at Park 9 remains as stress-free as possible!

Lived at Park 9 for three years. Nice community- very well kept. Kayla was always there to assist in anyway. My one major complaint is that we moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and both times they charged us over 2K for carpet that they would have to replace anyway as that’s what apartments do when a tenant has been living there for multiple years. We ended up paying 4K in extra fees. For that alone I would not recommend these apartments. Never have I ever had to pay for carpet in any of the apartments I’ve lived in. They literally make you pay for things they should be paying for.

Staff is GREAT! Hannah and Kayla were very nice during the whole starting a new lease process. However, I was not informed that this place had ROACHES!!! I mean German cockroaches at that!!! I saw two when I first moved in and that was not a big deal. The apartment was vacant. I contacted the front office and they advised they just had the exterminator come in the day before.
Well to my surprise the next night I would come home from work at 1:00 am and see a whole party of roaches in my apartment.

"I have been living here for almost a year now. I justtt love the place. When I was looking for the apt, I came across this one and it just clicked. The staff is really cooperative. I have never faced any sort of difficulty here and they never gave me a chance to complain about anything... Kayla and Hannah are simply the best and been very supportive and helpful by all means.. The office staff is kind and considerate. The maintenance staff is friendly as well. The location is great and close to the outlets for walking and shopping. Just off of 575 and a very, very nice area. The grounds are well-maintained. The neighbors have been welcoming and friendly. All around a good place to live.
The only problem I have is that the walls are very thin. The locks on the doors are not very sturdy. I hear everything going on in the neighbors apartments. If I can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors conversations through the bathroom fan. The kids were playing with cups

I have lived here for almost a year now. I LOVE it!! The office staff is so kind and considerate. They will hold boxes for me when I'm out of town. They are always welcoming with open arms. The maintenance team has been so amazing and will fix anything the same day. The neighborhood is great and all the residents are super friendly. I have no fear walking at night or using the gym late at night. It truly is an amazing place to live! I highly recommend it.

Pros: Good location, nice interiors, great appliances, good amenities, great maintenance staff, competitive pricing, nice exterior appearance, can't see or hear interstate, resident portal is fairly easy to use. New leasing staff is better than previous leasing staff.
Neutral: Parking isn't scarce, but it isn't plentiful either. I rarely have to park far away, but often times I'll have to park a decent walk away from my apartment entry. Very hit or miss, although I will say that most of the parking spaces are only the minimum size required.
Cons: Easy to hear noises above you. I don't believe

Although this complex is seemingly nice enough, don't let it fool you. I lived in these apartments from March 2016 to February 2017. I constantly had issues with the parking lot. None of the parking spaces between building 902 & 906 are even. On top of that, no one seems to care how they park. The parking lot is always overflowed and people think it is okay to park in the middle of the road or at the fire lane. The complex is also at least half parallel parking. This is GA, not everyone knows how to park. This does not mean cut your wheel and leave half your car in the middle of the road
