Very unorganized - had to basically beg him to file my divorce papers. The lawyer was totally unresponsive for at least a month and I only finally got his attention when I emailed that I'd like to discontinue working with him.

Failed to do what he said he would do. My fiance has had nothing but problems with him from failing to return phone calls or emails to making excuses just all around poor excuse for a lawyer.

A divorce that should have been quick and easy has now taken over a year and still pending. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I have only talked to him twice despite my many phone calls since the initial phone call and payment.

Failed to do what he said he would do. Waited a year for him to finally complete motion to withdraw him as my lawyer. Also waited a year for all the records I gave him to be returned and still have yet to receive them, now not responding to me.

Definitely a great lawyer, I highly recommend. He exhibits great communication skills; if I left a message he would reach back out to me. He was willing to listen and gives the best advice. It is obvious he’s knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I was very impressed with his service.

The only timely response was a request for payment which never added up to the work or quality of it that was being put out, I ended up self filing my divorce paperwork and closing prior to his huddle ending. If you are military stay away from this 15 day leech. Mr. Carver the BAR Association should take your license. Stop taking clients if you can’t keep your personal life in order.

I found out on Thursday I had court in regards to my child custody case the next day. Thanks for a better heads up. Was told to be on the 3rd floor of the courthouse by 8:45 for the 9:00 hearing. I got there and since I didn't see Mr. Carver I went and sat in the same area I did last time. About a quarter after 9 he comes walking up to me saying they already had the hearing, that he poked his head out but didn't see me. Hmmm!
