Magnolia Post Acute Care is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, located at 635 South Magnolia Avenue, in the heart of El Cajon. Our convenient location, serves Grossmont, Santee, La Mesa, El Cajon, and the surrounding areas. We feature 99 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.

It’s obvious that employees are writing reviews to boost the ratings. Don’t listen to this fake news; the 5 star reviews are a bunch of lies. This place is hell on Earth! Do not send your loved ones there unless you want their things stolen and them left unattended for hours. My aunt was a resident there and the staff did nothing to help her out. Sarah, the social worker has a major chip on her shoulder and refused to help. Most of the staff (not all) are just in it for the paycheck. Especially Dametria, Sarah, Claudia and their administrator Stew. All he does is pass candy, not help his staff

My name is Vernon hall, I fractured my ankle in a bad fall and was sent for care from the hospital to magnolia post acute , everyone here has been a blessing to me , the care I have been given has been ten star rating, the nurses are very professional along with all the occupational and physical therapist!
The ,kitchen staff is very professional also, the food is awesome....

I consult at several post acute buildings, and Magnolia definitely stands out. It is very clean and very well operated. I’ve known the staff for 6 years now and appreciate the way they work as a team and care for the residents. The foodservice prepares food from scratch and maintains an immaculate kitchen. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking into a place for your loved one to continue recovery.

My love one was recently placed in this facility and I have to say the staff have gone above and beyond for my family. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for amazing care for yourself or a loved one. The facility is very clean. The PT department is great. 5 star's is just not enough when rating the love and care my family received.
