We reached at middle of night like around 1:30 am. I understand noone at desk but there was no calling bell. We kept calling and finally one guy came to help us. Gave us the key that room is so so far and this is huge motel. Finally when we reached the room, key wont work. Again they wont answer the phone and we had to again make a walk to the office and get different room key and finally we are inside room at around 2:30. Really disappointed.

If I could give zero I would. Don't walk, run and run fast from this place. I should have listened to the reviews. When I booked this place, I was on the phone with John for about an hour asking questions about the rooms and he said to stay in the tower so that is what I booked with him because the bad reviews where with the outside motel looking rooms. So we paid extra to stay in the towers. However when we arrived they said we were booked for the outside rooms so I showed them our paperwork and showed them what we had booked that's when things went left. They said it doesn't show in their system

One star because I can not give zero stars. Stayed here over the holiday for a trip to Disney. Location/proximity wise it’s great… but if that is your only draw on this place, sleep in your car in the neighboring Walmart parking lot. Upon arrival (it’s my first time visiting Orlando and Disney, was very excited) we did not feel welcomed or any form of hospitality at all (Lady at the counter was rude). That should have been our first clue to hightail it out of there, but I’m not one to judge upon first looks ( the property was giving very much motel on Route 66 vibes) On our way to our room

At check in I handle my driver license to Alfredo, the front desk attendant on 12/26/2021 for two nights he forgot to give it back to me and never returned to me beside staying for two nights. They have enough time to return it to me while staying at the hotel for two nights. I live in west palm beach two hours trip and they refused to send it by mail be aware

I went to this hotel in November and thought it was pretty decent at first for the price. I went with my backpack with my apple computer in it and my luggage bag. The first night I used my computer to take care of a couple of things for work. The next morning my wife and I went to an event and got back to the hotel around 9pm. I took a shower and when I went to grab my apple computer from my backpack it was gone. This place has shady housekeepers which will take your stuff or for sure at least look through it. Ive tried to call multiple times and know one knows nothing. They transfer me to some

I am beyond thankful to have found this hotel on short notice! I have a room near the pool and it’s perfect clean and spacious! The breakfast buffet is delicious fresh omelettes and fresh waffles, plus a buffet of breakfast choices and coffee and juice is included all for $9.95! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The front desk even printed tickets for me because i forgot to do so before flying down! We will absolutely be back!

I booked a great offer through an app, the room was really clean and the location couldn't be greater. Next to the hotel there's a walmart that helps a lot. It is really close to the parks, it has shuttle service for free and the staff was nice and kind. The only thing that I didn't love was that there wasn't any plugs to charge our phones, we had to turn off the lamps to use that plugs and it was an extension, and there is no microwave in the room or anywhere.

Absolutely loved this property!! the front desk worker was so extremely kind & friendly. the tower room was SO nice. a huge room, comfortable beds, and an AC that worked all night (always a bonus). it is extremely affordable as one night was only $75. beware there is a $50 card deposit though as this was not mentioned anywhere on the site. we will definitely be back to this location.
