Valley Adult Day Health Care Center provides a safe and secure place within a comfortable, caring, and loving environment. We provide a well-balanced lunch and delicious snacks daily, while our experienced staff offers continuous supervision and individual attention to each participants' needs.

Services
Valley Adult Day Health Care Center is a community-based program providing a variety of Medical, Therapeutic, Rehabilitative, and Recreational programs and services for adults. Our mission is to assist with the activities of daily living and to prevent premature institutionalization by offering stimulating and enjoyable group experiences.
Valley Adult Day Health Care Center's medically-supervised adult day health care staff includes a wide range of experienced, licensed and trained professionals. Restore or maintain optimal capacity for self-care to frail elderly persons or adults with disabilities; and. The Program stresses partnership with the participant, the family and/or caregiver, the primary care physician, and the community in working toward maintaining personal independence.
Each center has a multidisciplinary team of health professionals who conduct a comprehensive assessment of each potential participant to determine and plan services needed to meet the individual's specific health and social needs.

Valley Adult Day Health Care Center specializes in serving our VALUED VETERANS and pledges to HONOR AND RESPECT their service to our country. Valley Adult Day Health Care is the only center that provides services to Veterans. For eligible veterans, program costs are covered by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
The nursing department consists of 3 nurses. Each nurse has an assigned caseload where they provide individualized services to each participant. Each participant will receive an evaluation from their assigned nurse who will determine the needs for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living such as bathing.

I love this place because everyday I learn something new about each participant there dislikes and there likes.Ilove making them smile the joy of having them by my side makes me very happy and to show all the love and compassion that I have for the participants makes me feel great..we are a team 😘
