We Help Women Embarrassed By Incontinence, Struggling With Pelvic Pain, Dealing With Digestive Issues, or Wanting to Feel Confident and Fit After Baby. Every day, women consult Nancy Branberg, PT, looking for answers to questions about things that should only happen in the bathroom or bedroom and that they are too embarrassed to talk to their mother, their sisters, their closest friends.

When they do ask, there are lots of embarrassed giggles and words like "that's just what happens after babies or when you get older". Active Women - Who love to travel but have stopped because they are never sure where the next bathroom may be. Active Grandmothers - Who want to play with their grandchildren but are worried about leaking.
Services
We Love to Help Women Aged 35+ To Become More Active And Empowered, Living Free from Pelvic Problems that Keep Them From Living the Life They Deserve. At Nancy Branberg Physical Therapy we love to help women in their 30s, 40's, 50's, 60's and above, get back to living the life they deserve.

Which means a life free from unnecessary medication, where you don't have to worry about bothering the doctor, and can do and enjoy all of the things you love, without the fear of pelvic issues holding you back.
If you've got pelvic pain, pain with intercourse or dyspareunia - it's very tempting to think that that you are alone in experiencing it, that there must be something wrong with you that no one else has or that you were just born too small "down there". Or, you pass it off as having not "recovered from having your baby", or that it's just a "spasm" or a bit of stiffness that "everyone" your age suffers from.
If you are constipated you are not alone! More than 20% of us suffer from constipation-so many people that most of us think it is "normal" of "just the way my family is." You have talked to your doctor who told you to add more fiber to your diet and to drink more water. Perhaps your doctor told you to use a laxative or even an enema if it got really bad.
If you've got a "leaky bladder" or urinary stress incontinence or urinary frequency - it's very tempting to think that there is nothing you can do about it and hope that it will go away on its own. Or, you feel broken from childbirth and no matter how many kegels you do your muscles just don't seem to work.
If you're suffering from urinary frequency and burning that feels like you might have a bladder infection but antibiotics don't seem to make it better OR you have pelvic pain and pressure that keeps you from living your life, you may be one of the 12 million Americans suffering from a condition called Painful Bladder Syndrome or Interstitial Cystitis.
