Start your journey on the road to recovery at NeuroPT. We offer neurological rehabilitation services for patients in the Falls Church, Virginia, area. Our rehabilitation center is operated by highly trained providers who are board certified and specialists in their field. We offer a variety of outpatient services and occupational therapy sessions, as well as Pilates classes.
Alison Lichy PT, PhD, DPT, NCS is the owner of our center and a practicing physical therapist at NeuroPT. She is a board certified specialist in neurological physical therapy. Currently, Dr. Lichy is a research investigator for the National Capital Spinal Cord Injury Model System, the Rehabilitation Research Training Center, and the Assistive Technology Research Center at the National Rehabilitation Hospital.

Well where do I begin? A week or two we had called about another NeuroPT place we found nearby. They took Information down, said “we have Medicaid but working on also getting Medicare as well currently”. They said “that’s fine” and that “we’ll get back to you within the next couple of days”; giving a specific date of Evaluation on November 10... Throughout the days leading up to the Evaluation date we’ve been calling to make sure they’re “talking to insurance”... They said “everything is just about okay we’ll give you a call the day before to confirm the evaluation appointment”
