Toured the building with Erica who was super helpful and knowledgeable. The location is great and I am considering a move later in the summer based on availability. This review is for Erica who deserves a shout out for accommodating my numerous requests for information and for being compassionate about my timing issues to try to make it work. I moved into Harbor Square in August, and I have to say that Erica and Samara, as well as the entire staff have treated me like family since day one. The other tenants (for the most part) are also very friendly, even in these times of social distancing. As far as maintenance goes, Quinn and his team are always on top of things. Any time I need something, the issue is generally resolved within a day. Great place to live!

The best thing about Harbor Square is the view and being close to the train station. Much like 3 Westerly Grill (restaurant next door to the building with mediocre food at best but beautiful views), a lot rides on the view here. After the gym and other amenities were no longer available due to COVID-19, we found that the view was the only thing that justified the sky high rent. The doormen and staff are great though. However, the finishings are mediocre for a luxury building. During the winter, we can feel the cold air seeping right through the cracks in our living room walls. They have these

Harbor Square seemed to be the perfect place for me to create a second home and became more so on meeting Christine Fowler. Christine's title is Assistant Property Manager, but she is so much more. She radiates relatedness and expertise in a genuinely caring manner that says she has your back. And, she is matched in her manner by a building that offers top tier residential amenities and the people to support it.

Her warm personality makes you feel that Harbor Square is the place to be.
