Overall we are very happy here. The apartments are stylish, they have spacious, comfortable layouts, the office staff is exceptional (especially Tatiana and Georgina), the maintenance staff is very timely and they take pride in the property. Great place to live!

I am a current resident since 7 years, Since it was under Avalon and as much as the new management are trying to gain tenants trust and acceptance but they are not as nice and considerate as the old management. Money is more important than anything else and whatever your emergency or situation money comes first.

We have been living here for four months. It feels like we are on vacation. I love the fact that everyone owns a dog. I love the that it is well-maintained and always beautiful. The maintenance staff is terrific. The pool area is so nice and the people are friendly.

We are in our 4th year living here and are very happy with the services. Office staff is very accommodating and the maintenance staff si terrific. Report a problem and it is fixed right away. The apartment could use some updating though.

The Peaks is a well run, well maintained facility who caters to the individuals who live within the community. The staff are all enthusiastic, friendly, and have a clear desire to cater to everyone they come into contact with. The peaks have shown me what quality care and attention looks like in a community. I would recommend The Peaks of Nanuet to friends and family.

Have been residing at The Peaks since December 2016. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and made our transition into a new home super easy! The office staff is great to work with and so is the maintenance staff! We couldn't be happier!
