Services
Our Garden style apartments are on one level and are located between Middletown Road and College Avenue. Most two bedroom units have a bath and a half. The washers and dryers are located in locked basements and tenants have a private storage area. There is off street parking and most units have balconies.

Recently moved in after 2 year nightmare with another company. They made it so simple and easy. They really care and you feel like the staff are your neighbors.

Appliances are all new and work well. Cabinets line up and open easily. Hot water is HOT and doesn't run out. Wood floor and great overall quality. We are in the "old section" but its built very well and is better overall in appearance and quality than other places we looked at.
