I've had auto insurance with this firm since March of 2017 with very few issues, their rates have been decent, around $60 for basic liability. On June 3rd of 2021 I got a new car, and shifted coverage to the new vehicle, having to change address on my account in order to fully have the vehicles title transferred. On June 10th I received my next bill from State Farm for roughly $90 and immediately called the Springfield office to have my address fixed. I spoke to a guy named Jim there who told me that the changes had not gone through on his end, but that he would make a note of it and change it

Honest, responsive and a very easy experience dealing with this branch. EVERY time I call them, someone is there to answer or at the very least, IF, it’s after hours I receive a call back in a very short amount of time. All around great people, which says a lot in that industry. Highly recommend.

Thankfully I don't have to get in contact with my insurance agent often. However when I do, Jeff and his team always treat me like I'm thier top priority and always answer any questions I have. I love not calling an “800” number amd having to navigate commands amd prompts just to speak to somebody. I call this office amd get friendly, professional service that generally takes under 5 minutes. This service plus great rates is why i stopped chasing the online bargain insurance companies years ago!
