Our truck was broken into in the parking lot. These apartments are spendy for being in such a bad area…also the roofs on ALL the parking structures leak, bad. The garbage is always so gross. They stated how they can’t afford cameras when I don’t see how they can’t afford them. I have about 100 photos of cars parking overnight where they ARE NOT suppose to (fire lanes)

I'm not 100% sure how to word things as I'm not from the PNW and moved after a year of hateing it. But here are the pros and cons of this place.
Pros:
Decent location, not too far from anything in the area. Plenty of good places to jog and run if you're into that. People rarely use the gym so you nearly have it to yourself at all times.
Cons: No air conditioning which is odd being from FL but normal here I guess? Ants are everywhere if you leave something out for a few hours it's quite obnoxiously bad. I once had the flu and didn't leave bed but a few times for about seven days, went outside

Managment is brutal. Nothing personal just corporate. If you lose your tag for your car, you will get towed, even though you have been parking there for a year. You let a friend park in your spot, he will get towed. First time late payment by a day $100 fee and a notice that you will be evicted within 3 days. Appartments themselves are nice, but the managment ruins it all. I dont understand why they cant loom at reviews and figure something is going terribly wrong.
I do not recommend moving here. Cant wait to move out, as I cant stand companies that treat people as numbers.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Honestly, there are other places that are worth your money. You will not get your security deposit back because they charge you almost $200 for cleaning fees!! Rent is incredibly high, management is an absolute joke, and there is never any parking.
When we were moving out the front office manager asked if there was anything she could do to keep us as “loyal tenants”......I wish I would have told her how I really felt.
This might be the worst complex in Washington. If you’re even considering living here DON’T. They will find any way to screw you over.

Been living here for 3 years now. The leasing staff have changed so much. There is no parking. That's the biggest issue. If you have more than one car good luck.... I was once called on a Saturday morning to move my car from the "new tenant" spots because they had an appt to show a unit and needed the space lol.

The apartment itself is nice and cozy. Management staff is not up to par with other complexes I’ve lived in. They (Lewis Ridge) seem to not care much... They’re not the most inviting, that’s for sure.
Cody who use to work in the office was amazing and on top of everything. She would respond to emails almost instantly and was able to work with me remotely, which was a huge time saver. She’s no longer there and I was disappointed when I noticed she wasn’t around any longer.
Parking is terrible. Carports are narrow. (We knew this coming in) Can’t say much about maintenance as I haven’t

If I could give negative stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. Parking- carports are tiny! And the "free" parking is always full and tiny spots. If you have something bigger than a smartcar good luck! People park all over the place, along curbs, fire lanes and handicapped spaces without permits. They will park like this during the day as well as night and the Managment does nothing. The Maintenance man is a joke. All he does is drive the golf cart around and pick weeds here and there or check the pool. They vendor out everything and he still can't take care of regular maintenance requests

Parking is insufficient for the number of residents. If you don't park by 5:30pm you won't get a spot and will be parked 5 blocks away. Forget about friends finding guest parking. There are residents who park their work trucks there 24 hours a day.
We complained repeatedly about our loud upstairs neighbors but the office did nothing. We eventually had to call the police non emergency for their disturbances. Still the office did nothing.
You can expect the place to be loud. It's on a busy street with plenty of police activity. We've seen car fires, and accidents including
