This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. I work with you to create a plan tailored to your goals, your preferences, and your lifestyle. This is not like other weight loss programs that lack accountability, coaching, and a person-to-person connection. Your success is basically guaranteed because of weekly in-person sessions focused on nutrition, exercise, and your progress.

Restricting calories actually slows down your metabolism and can attribute to an unhealthy relationship with food (eating disorders). The end result is minimal weight loss. Caloric reduction and portion-control strategies only make you tired, hungry, and frustrated. Worst of all. Hormones regulate all processes in your body including your body weight, body-fat, hunger, sleep, etc.
We are a personal training service specializing in weight loss. This program provides you with everything you need in order to reach your goals; exercise, diet, and accountability. No rigid or fad diets that leave you feeling deprived and hungry. No counting calories or points, either! Receive one-on-one attention and exercise coaching with weekly sessions at our private gym.
I'm sure you've thought, what is the best form of exercise for me. With so much information out there, my goal is to help you understand the answer to that exact question. Want to lose weight? Go on a diet, right? For most, this is the logical choice. For those who have seen the research and lived the experience, they know and understand that restrictive diets don't work for long-term results.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my results so far! I was not optimistic going into it because I have spent the past year trying to recover from an injury. Despite 3 months of rest, followed by 3-4 months of physical therapy, I was not able to return to the gym, and was often in pain. Corey listened to me at the initial consult and tailored a program just for me. I am now 90 days into my training and I can tell I am getting stronger! I have learned a lot about how to take care of my body to prevent another injury. I am up to 2 days a week of personal training and 2 days of cardio with. no

I have been training with Corey for 4 months now and have seen 5% fat loss from my entire body. I thoroughly enjoy working with Corey! He is upbeat and listens to when I need to modify a program based on the needs of my body. I love the convince and cleanliness of the gym. One thing I wish that we focused more on at the gym is stretching and learning how to take care of our body post-workout.
