Carson is a 25+ year resident of Chapel Hill. After completing an extensive career in data communications development, Carson obtained Personal Training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). Carson works to assist mature adults in achieving their fitness goals.

He specializes in strength training and conditioning, balance training, stretching and injury prevention for the athlete in all of us. Training Philosophy: I want to get you out of your training comfort zone to achieve your true fitness potential.
