Are you looking to change up your yoga routine? Want a workout that will challenge your balance and core strength? Standup paddleboard (SUP) yoga is a fantastic way to infuse variety into your workout routine and try a new yoga practice. Indoor SUP Yoga is practiced on a paddleboard in the pool. With our paddleboards, we create floating mats by tethering the boards to the lane ropes.
I have worked with teams, groups and individuals for several years in the role of educator, trainer, and instructor. These skills are not only needed to accomplish physical tasks, but are used daily in work, school, and team settings. I can meet with your organization, group, team, or business to customize and define objectives for team-building events.

Don't need a fancy facility, the latest most trendy equipment, or an insane personal trainer to hound you! I've worked out with Maria for 4 years now starting in her garage/driveway, graduated to the clubhouse in our development, at a chain facility, to a baseball academy. The results are always there...each and every Day One that I have my awareness, presence, and the changes I want are facilitated by an attentive, creative and inspiring fitness expert. Show up...and grow up!

I participated in Maria's SUP Yoga this past weekend and it was a outstanding and completely different type of Yoga to try out. The "surfboard" yoga we was hosted in a pool up at the Orange County Sportsplex. I've done my fair share of Yoga in the past but it was really neat to try out the session on basically a floating platform on water. Maria ran us through a lot of basic Yoga positions along with some fitness training mixed in. I found Maria to be a excellent instructor and she did a outstanding job of talking everyone through the the session with a very positive attitude the whole way through
