Having lived in this apartment complex during this past year, I saw the management change hands. If Kim were still in charge I'd certainly give a five-star rating, but not now. Kim kept the hallways spotless, the landscape impeccable, and made sure that all tenants adhered to the rules; in short, everything was neat and orderly under her. As soon as she left, a conspicuous change took place. The buildings were never cleaned and no regulations were enforced, thus opening the door wide to all kinds of rowdy parties and wild, late-night bashes.
