This is a great place to call home and the management is very accommodating. Whether you are alone or have a family this place is perfect for those who are clean and friendly. Management fixes any issues promptly.
Being pet friendly is also a huge plus and the location is absoutely amazing! 5 minutes from Walmart, Walgreens, gas stations, the freeway, and more. I've lived here for two years and would stay if not for moving to a new city. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Susie Is the worse. WORSE person ever. ! I’m not sure how’ she’s still a manager. She’s rude and racist ! I hope someone removes her. She’s only nice to her own family members that move in. You can’t even talk with her. She always says “ok ok “ Or tells you ok I don’t have time !I hope someone else comes and takes her spot !!!!

I've been living here for ten years with family, and I have to say, Amanda Lane is a splendid place to live. This place is very spacious, quiet, clean, and neighbors are very warm and welcoming. If people have problems, it is their own fault, because the management is strong and well handled making sure that everything is in order inside and outside my Apartments! Suzy the manager, is very nice and helpful person. She makes sure that the place is safe, secure, and a fit place to live in, especially for children. This is very nice place to live, it deserves five star!!!

Susie the management is by far the worst person/manager I’ve ever had to deal with. She rude, inconsiderate, and does not work with tenants. I wish I had the owners number so I can explain to him what he’s paying. This needs to be changed or else we will be leaving, and I encroached everyone to do the same. The worst person ever. If someone knows how I can reach the owners or upper management please let me know.

Extremely disorganized management, unwilling to answer simple questions, went off on me on the phone and hung up after calling me a b*tch. Never consider this place. Also stuck with unfair charges even though they had promised to fix those things in the place before moving in. The maintenance people won't show up in a timely manner, and when they do they will walk right into your apartment without ringing the bell. They also will lie to you even though they are clearly in the wrong.

The apartments and the area are great! The only problem I had was with the management. Susie is a nice enough person, but extremely hard to get a hold of. Their "emergency maintenance" number that is supposed to be used for emergencies is a joke. On three separate occasions I had to call it (one being that my son got locked in his room because the door lock was broken) and nobody answered and Susie didn't even call to see if everything was ok. I had to crawl across the roof to break into his window and get him out myself. The rent went up every year also.
