Refurbished in 1992, the four-story former Leverenz Shoe Company offers twenty-four loft apartments in downtown Sheboygan. Included in the development are one efficiency apartment, ten 1-bedroom apartments and thirteen 2-bedroom apartments, along with eighteen parking stalls.

Our experience at the Henry Jung apartments was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and cream city brick. The building was quiet and secure. Everything downtown was an easy walk, which was great in the summer. Rent was super reasonable, & the staff is wonderful! Kat, the building manager, is such a pleasant and easy person to work with!

Best apartments I've lived in. Kat is the best landlord. Maintenance is always on top of things and they are very reliable and easy to get a hold of. :) The apartments themselves are really unique and trendy. My unit had a fireplace, spiral staircase, white exposed brick and an upper level loft. The only con I have is that it gets cold being by the lake and having such big beautiful windows. The windows are a dream in the warmer months but can make it hard to hold heat in the very cold weather months. Overall an amazing place to lease!
