In exchange for providing housing for low-to moderate-income households, the private sector receives tax credits - dollar for dollar reductions in income taxes.

Just not kid friendly at all. They're putting so many limitations on the kids now. They cant play with chalk. They cant be to loud. As well as the residents. Grills are going to be a problem. They have to like your patio furniture for you to beable to keep it outside. Or theyll pretty much evicted you. I've been here for over 5 years. We have been through 5 office managers and 3 or 4 maintenance man. This place is going down hill. And is not family oriented at all anymore. Just turn it into a senior citizen. This will be my last year here.

The new Manager Suzanneis awesome since she took over everything has turned around in are apartment things get fixed on time there no trouble around. Its a great community to live. 😄
Under new management very happy😄🎈😄 since the New Manager took over this place has gotten back on track no more drugs, no more kids destroying the property, and if people are having a fit because management wants to keep the property looking nice and not looking like the ghetto and making sure you are keeping and eye on your kids and what they are doing well then maybe you should not live here and if you
