I took my late mothers wedding set in to get cleaned and the prongs tightened. I don't trust many people with this set because it means the world to me but I trust G Krown! The staff is so friendly! They explain the process, and tell you when it will be ready. The cost was very reasonable. The owner was there when I picked it up. He was so kind! I will be a customer for life!

I went in yesterday to get my watch fixed. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes. The store is beautifully set up and in a very convenient downtown location. While I wasn't shopping for jewelry, the store was beautifully set up and the jewelry was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience my first time coming here. Khoren is not only a master jeweler but also a master entertainer. He really takes the time to get to know the needs of each individual guest, and tend to them accordingly. All the staff where lovely and together they create a very comfortable and relaxing experience here. They are honest and work hard at G krown jewelers. Upon my first visits which was the day before Valentine's, they stayed open late to finish up taking care of not only myself but a handful of others in need for our special weekend! I came across G Krown jewelry store while I was near Embarcadero Center. I spent months searching for a jewelry store in order to fix my wedding band since I lost one diamond. I decided to give it a try and I will never regret my decision. I had the best customer service experience which is something I personally appreciate a lot. While waiting to get my ring fixed, Khoren invited me for a glass of Chilean wine while we also discussed a potential engagement ring upgrade that my husband wanted to give me, as a gift for my promotion at work. Khoren was super personable and repaired my ring on the spot for a ring that would normally take a week. He also has a great collection of rings and diamonds to purchase from. He discounted my ring repair from $120 to $75 then $60. He offered to clean my ring every 3 months complimentary as well. Great service!

When one of my very favorite pair of classic hoop earrings needed repair, during Covid no less, I entrusted it to Khoren and his expert team. Extraordinarily, they completed this stellar quality repair (even polishing the pair!) before calling to notify me of the completion the same day! Also, doing so at a highly competitive cost! When I first came into the store and picked out and got fitted for a platinum ring, the man who had assisted me was very nice and accommodating. I had told him my big day was about six weeks away. He offered complimentary engraving on my ring which I happily accepted. He told me there would be a 2-3 week turnaround time until final pick up. He would give me a call when the ring was ready.

My engagement ring came loose a month after I purchased it. It then sat in a safety deposit box for 8 months while I was out of the country and I just picked it up today. I wanted the ring to get fixed ASAP so I would be able to finally wear it again. I was reading online how it can take jewelers 1-2 weeks to fix a loose diamond and I was afraid that would be the case with mine. I was sad at the thought of parting with it right when I finally had it back on my finger.
We looked up jewelers near our bank and we are SO happy we came here! I was coming back to the neighborhood
