I used to love this salon but after the last experience I will not be going back. Not only was the person assigned to my pedicure visibly sick he was not wearing a mask. After requesting him wear a mask he put it in but wore it under his chin or under his nose throughout. Leaving every 5 mins or so to cough in the hallway. In addition the massage was horrendous. The actual pedicure was also terrible with my nails being cut so short it was painful for over a week. I emailed Village Foot Spa about this experience and never even received a response back.

Hands down the absolute best massage/pedicure I've had in my life. I chose the package that provided the 25 minute reflexology massage and callus treatment and it was nothing short of amazing. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. The staff was very pleasant and nice. This was my first visit but I believe I've found my new salon.
EDIT:
they butchered my French tip. The massage was definitely amazing but that was the only good part. My filing was not straight, and some of my tips weren't straight, as well as white polish smeared around my toe. I had to go back and have her correct one

Alright. I have given this place multiple chances now and I will officially not be back. Worst experience at a nail salon since I've moved to the area.
Firstly, apparently, there is only 1 person that can do nail designs and they weren't in the salon, so consider that when booking. There was also apparently no black SNS powder and the staff was unsure if what was on hand was really "black"; thus I decided to forgo the manicure and just stick with the pedicure only.
The only enjoyable part of this service was the massage. It was great. However, the enjoyment was short lived

I went in to get a mini manicure today and it was quick which I can appreciate but the outcome of my nail service was not as I would have desired. My technician was Hannah. I noticed after I left that the gel color on my right thumb did not appear to be as shiny as the others. Maybe the gel didn't have enough time to adhere. I don't know. But the color doesn't look messed up, so I can get away with it. But I do hope that Hannah takes her time to review her work for the next customer she gets in her booth.

Just had a foot massage, pedicure, and nail dip powder for the third time at Village Foot Spa. I have had a great experience there each and every time. I like that I can book appointments online and that they are always on time. I appreciate that when someone is taking care of me, they are taking of just me. The foot massages that take place in the back, in a very relaxing atmosphere, are a big plus! I will continue to go here.

website menu states that it includes a 10-minute foot massage, hot towel wrap, callus treatment, sugar scrub and mud mask.
The massage was good with the reflex points on the foot being massaged, but for 7 minutes.
The mask was applied and removed in 1 minute. That seems to be totally a waste of putting the mask if it's removed so fast. Callus treatment was mentioned in this 'Village Foot Spa pedicure' but the lady said

I visited this establishment twice so far in the past 2 months. My sister and I got the calming and moisturizing foot spa and dip powder with nail art our first visit. The second visit, we did the quick pedi and dip powder with nail art.

I have been to this place about 4 times and each time I had a wonderful experience. I went my boyfriend for a foot massage the first time and I absolutely loved it. This was my first time getting a pedicure here. It started off okay but the polish job is extremely disappointing. There is polish all over my skin and didn't level out the glitter polish. When he grabbed the toenail clippers and said "cut down" I said "no thank you, file only please." He kept cutting my toenails, and way too short. For $48, I won't be returning here.

OMG!! I visited this place because yelp has a solid 5 star!! I feel so betrayed by all the good reviews :-( . The only service that was good was the foot massage.
First off, for mani, I didn't get my hands soaked. So, no wonder all my cuticles are still there!! The lady who did my pedi, clipped my nails with a filthy clipper she took out from the drawer, didn't even grab my toe, literally one hand on her lap, and the other hand had the clipper. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND HANNAH!!!! I used to go to their location in Cameron village for 4 years, but when this location opened up we started having all our appointments here and I’m obsessed 🤩 While I love both locations, this location is bigger and is so bright and welcoming inside. In the back they give hand and foot massages that are given in private rooms which I love personally! Hannah is fast but efficient! I have never been disappointed; if you’re in Cary or Apex drop by and check them out! You won’t regret it 😉

Omg best place by far in apex ! They know what they are doing and the service and staff are amazing ! You have to book your next appointment here. They have it all don't let the name fool you!
