Niebauer and his staff are terrific. They are always sure to make me feel comfortable, explaining in detail what they are going to do and making sure I understand, before they proceed to do anything. I thoroughly enjoy my visits. The team is very well organized and professional. Visiting this dentist office has always been a pleasant experience.

Dr. Justin Neibauer's early years were spent growing up in Waldorf, Maryland. Later on in life, he traveled with his father to Cameroon, Africa on a mission trip to provide dental services, instilling a desire in him to use dental care to improve the quality of life of the people around him. He attended Columbia Union College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Staff was amazing, I have no complaints whatsoever. I had an appointment at 9am but got in a bit earlier than that, and they got me checked out and worked on within 3 minutes of signing in. I was out of the office at 9:23- talk about fast, thorough, and professional! No discomfort or pain- at this point I’m recommending them to anyone who is looking for a dentist!!!

I had another great dentist appointment! Today was my 3rd cleaning at FFD. Very friendly staff/hygienist and very gentle during my cleaning.
*I was surprised that not all staff were masked considering how strict the office use to be and considering they use to have covid questionnaire prior to being seen back a year ago.

My wife and I needed to find a new dentist for the first time in over a decade. In reviewing area dentists, I was drawn to Freedom's website. The reviews were excellent and so I went for the first time yesterday. I must say that everyone who works there- from the receptionist, to all of the staff that helped me (especially Jackie my hygienist), to Dr. Neibauer- were all tremendous! I can't say enough how pleased I am with my selection of Freedom Family Dentistry!

Staff not masked. Receptionists coughing on tablets for patients. Refuses to give 6 month appointments as recommended and as I have always gotten and my insurance pays for as they are "too busy". Hygienists want you to lay all the way flat to make their job easier instead of listening to me that I choke and they don't rinse enough. I sleep at home not in a "sleeping chair" at the dentist. 10 years there and they cannot remember how to treat me properly. As a new business they sent out flyers for new customers. Now they don't seem to care. Yes they are there for emergencies but I don't want to wait

Had my 6 month cleaning and check up today. Been coming to the Family since its opening!!! Had the "A" team of Laura and Christian do my cleaning, and they are the best in the business!! And Dr. Justin did a look over to make sure all was good with my gums and teeth health! They are, just what they say they are, a family business, that's why they are constantly busy!! Its hard to please everyone with every issue there is in life, but if you want good work and an honest opinion of your dental needs, Family Dentistry is the place!!
