Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.

During my last visit, I unknowingly paid for services that were partly covered by my insurance. The amount was not cheap; that is why I asked for an itemized receipt. The dental procedures in question were performed 7 months ago and this was the first time I was told I owed money for them. The dental office did not get my secondary insurance to deduct its portion. I still do not understand the itemized receipt that I received. Note: The itemized receipt showed the amount due as being quite a bit less than what I was asked to pay. I am still angry/frustrated about this since if I didn’t ask for

After a first appointment I was unsure about where my bite had to be adjusted, I have to say I've really been turned around by this dentist. The staff are fantastic and Dr E knows what he is doing, without all the glimmer and dance a lot of modern dentistry places do with overly fancy tools. They have all they need. Everything was so pleasant and efficient I almost fell asleep during my AM fillings I was so relaxed! And the price is more than fair.

Went in for my semiannual dental cleaning. Monique was kind to find me an appointment that fits my schedule. Michelle was very thorough and meticulous but gentle and reassuring. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Great care about infection control and applying COVID -19 infection prevention protocols. Thank you for your excellent service.
