My first appointment six months ago was fine. Nothing to shout about, but fine. Made my six-month followup appointment before I left. The receptionist suggested that I book their special again, so I did. When I showed up for my appointment today, they told me that the special is only for new patients, so my appointment would be much more expensive, even though it had been a Valley Dental employee who OFFERED the special when I obviously was an existing patient. Rather than fight over it, I said fine, all I need today is a cleaning, anyhow, since I had an exam and xrays six months ago. After sitting

Pleasant Valley Office is awful, it was filthy (and I was the first patient in the morning.) They had me double booked for my cleaning with another patient and made me wait even though I was there first because they knew them. The dentist is all about upselling and wouldn't even do
