Our townhomes feature two story living, full-sized washers and dryers in each home and private attached garages. Our community participates in tax credit programs, this means that there are minimum and maximum income limits our residents must meet to live in the community.

The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

This is not a safe community. Property manager allows criminals to live here even after commiting dangerous acts of violence. Including discharging a firearm through the wall of a unit into another tenants unit. The bullet came inches from hitting a tenant and management did nothing. Less then a year later the same tenant intentionally caused criminal damage to property to the new tenant residing in the unit he discharged a gun into. Beware you are not safe residing here.
