Darren oversees the physical and mechanical operations of all properties in StuartCo's portfolio and assures that they are maintained at their peak performance level. He supervises building operations and a roving maintenance team as well as after-hours maintenance needs and emergency response. He also serves as Project Manager on capital improvements, solicits bids, and maintains vendor relations.
