Hats of to Jay . Really appreciate how you manage to keep our lot so clean on snow days as long as you have been here we haven’t had issues with being STUCK all day . Never met a better repair man can fix anything . and I’ve been renting my entire life . This community has been making steady improvements over the years. It used to be a rough place to live .

I have lived here since 2011 and the current management and maintenance team is hands down, the absolute best this property has ever had. They are friendly and professional, they go above and beyond for the residents, and work tirelessly to keep this property in great shape. The manager that run this place is amazing. Valentina is the best person possible to do this job. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of. Had a slight issue on one of my first days and she made sure that it was rectified. I've never had a better property manager.

Since I applied to live here, the administration has been super efficient, Valentina's treatment of me and my family has been super nice. She is always aware of everything. A super quiet place to live. In terms of maintenance Jason is super friendly, efficient and fast. I am already living here for 6 months and if I contact the administration they always answer me at the moment and resolve my situation.
