The Sixton is a pleasant, clean community with kind office staff and large apartments. While the apartments may appear pricy (though not by Minneapolis standards), my experience in 2 months here is that it has been worth the cost. The application and move-in were easy. They have a new office staff. There are different apartment layouts. The few things that needed fixed in my apartment upon my arrival were taken care of immediately by the maintenance team. The sidewalls and floors are thick and near-soundproof—I rarely hear my neighbors except those in the interior hallway.

This is my first time leasing an apartment, and Nate & Ryan have made it nothing short of an amazing experience. My husband and I love how responsive management is when little issues arise. They take everything seriously and are prompt to respond. We love the location, environment, and amenities. Also, the units are gorgeous and decently priced for the area. It is a nice perk having Hy-Vee in our "backyard". We will continue to lease until we find our forever home! Thanks Sixton Management!!

Still haven't seen this place yet but hopefully this weekend. Ignoring Alexa's comments for sure! That's emotions not reviews. No facts were provided... share the price that was ridiculous for pet rental, update us when you move into hill side down the street. I have expectations of being required for renters insurance for everyone, I dont go with out it so it's not a question or problem for me. I have 2 cats and hate the fees, I know when I leave a person would never know I had cats but the fees are reasonable. In my past I was lucky and only charged for 1 cat while the company knew I had 2. I
