Tammy Bryant is the Broker Owner for 5th Avenue Property Management Inc., a family owned business. Tammy has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years with experience in title insurance, residential sales and property management. In 2009, Tammy decided to open her property management company to provide the extra care and services she felt were being missed by the industry.

Let's start by making your transition as easy as possible. It's always best to review your lease agreement and verify your lease end date. Get started by completing the Notice of Intent to Vacate below, submitting no later than 30 days prior to your lease end date. Note if received after hours it will be posted the following business day.

We have lived in a rental property managed by 5th ave for almost two years now, and have never had any issues with them. We were able to view this house quickly, move in was smooth, paperwork was easy. Our maintenance issues were always handled quickly. We are moving out soon and don't anticipate any issues, Tammy has been wonderful to work with and has been very understanding of flexible timeless due to the covid-crisis.

Ms. Gagnon is the property manager of the premises we rent in Old Town San Diego. Without exception she has always been accessible, professional, polite and responds immediately. Since taking over management of the property she has supervised a major renovation to the yard and it looks beautiful, a property we can be proud to call home. All on line portals and instructions are user friendly and if a matter needs attention it is addressed immediately. Most important to us is that Ms. Gagnon treats us with respect and the property as if she resides there. Everything else equal, I would rent a property

Working with 5th Avenue Property Management has been and continues to be a terrific experience. We have a few houses that they manage for us, and we could not be happier with them. We were so pleased in working with them that when my brother and sister-in-law asked about their services to rent out their house, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommended Tammy and 5th Avenue.

I've been a tenant of a property under the management of 5th Ave for more than 5 years. Tammy, the owner, is extremely professional and has set up online and phone/text systems so that your home repair requests are responded to immediately and taken care of in a timely manner - usually in less than 24 hours. Over the years, I've observed Tammy working with the property owners to ensure properties are priced fairly and at a good value.

Highly recommend Tammy and her team of professionals. As our rental property manager for over five years, we never worried about having our property rented timely, quality of tenants, or any maintenance issues. She took care of EVERYTHING quickly and professionally. Her team uses reliable vendors and contractors for any repairs. I have had the opportunity to work with Tammy Gagnon at 5th Avenue Property Management, as a tenant as well as a vendor. 5th Avenue Property Management's attention to detail is second to none. 5th Avenue Property Management misses the mark in every aspect of a professionalism, reliability, honesty, and customer service. Tammy, the owner, is very condescending and over confident in her abilities to market and manage properties. She will make promises and not follow through with them and then attempt to place blame on the client for her short comings. If you want piece of mind and a reliable agent to manage your property, BEWARE. Look elsewhere to protect your assets.

Tammy Bryant, the owner of this property management company is the rudest person I have ever met. We almost had to beg her to show us a property. After several phone calls 5, and 4 emails she finally agreed to show it to us, but not before she asked for an application fee and an application. We finally got an appointment for a showing hallelujah! We get to the property, the door was opened but the screen door was closed so we said "hello"? Tammy said "yes". We waited for a minute and finally asked if we could come in to which she responded "ah yes"! She never greeted us she stood in the kitchen
