They are absolutely the best. When I visit I am always greeted warmly with a hot cup of tea. I Nvr feel pressured. They always offer to clean the rings I arrived in, while I browse. Excellent selections and they will even customize to your desire. Really very fun and nice experience.

I came across KTD Fine Jewelers when I walked into their Union St. location, Carats & Stones. I ended up meeting Linda and was immediately drawn to how helpful and friendly she was. She educated me on what to look for in a diamond and her approach on diamond buying. What stood out most, though, is that she was the only jeweler who followed-up with me after my visit. I received a call from Linda a few days later checking in on me. KTD recently opened a new store front, Carats & Stones, on Union St. in Cow Hollow. I spontaneously made a visit to check out their bands.
The ladies graciously offered to clean my ring and guided me through my selection process. Not once did I feel pressured to make any purchases. Linda and her team were so calm and easy to work with.
They design their own pieces, but also create custom jewelry, which usually takes about 4-6 weeks. Although I didn't walk out with a band, I'll definitely be back, given their high level of expertise and professionalism.,

Aulien was a huge help. She really spends time with you and makes you feel like you are her only client. She created my ring perfectly and exactly what we wanted. She is kind and really wants everything to be perfect for you.

A friend of ours recommended KTD to my (now) fiance, and I couldn't be happier. He had an idea of what I wanted, and went in to see if it would be something they could make. I don't know why it took me so long to write this review. After our friend introduced this place for us to buy our wedding rings, KTD is the only Jewelers is the only place we buy Jewelry for the past 18 years. Linda helped us the first time and we have been working with Aulien ever since. I will buy my wife jewelry every 2-3 years. Rings, ear rings, necklace. Aulien alway provide great services. Help us and educate us on what we need. She is genuine and we totally trust her. Highly recommend this place.

Super good service by Kiet!!! I came here to do some changes to my engagement ring. It came out looking exactly the way I wanted it. Originally my ring is a cathedral setting with the two sides squared going up to the diamond. I wanted the two side to be tapered in instead of it being square because I feel like it took too much attention from my diamond. Anyhow, so I left the setting for them to fix on Tuesday and I got it back Thursday. Super fast service! Another plus!

2 weeks till the wedding and the wedding bands are in our hands! Thanks Linda and her staff to remind us to pick up the rings before wedding day!

I've had some bad experiences with jewelry stores before,feeling cheated and ripped off. Until a friend of mine took me to this small family run store ,tucked in the back of the San Francisco Jewelry Center. KTD is such a special place, I can't imagine ever going back to any other jewelry store. The ladies who work here are gracious, personal, and talented. They are very easy to work with, and can make literally anything that you can imagine. The personal touch is beyond compare.

Linda handmade the engagement rings of myself and all my sisters-in-law, and they are amazing. She really becomes part of the process, to the point of thanking us for letting her be part of the experience. My husband had my engagement ring custom made there - we wanted it made to look after a specific design. We provided lots of pictures. While the final product looks nothing like the original (which concerned me in the beginning), I still ended up loving it. That's what the one star is for.

We bought my e-ring from one of the owners daughters who used to have her own store at the gift center (Ko Fang). When we heard that Ko Fang was merging w/ KTD, we went over to take a look see. I got a nice necklace/pendent from KTD. Very reasonably priced.

The daughter, Kiet, helped us. She's very nice and and unassuming. Totally love their jewelry. The quality is excellent and they will design anything you want.

The sibs and I were on the hunt for diamond earrings for the maternal unit. My sister's coworker (their hobby is jewelry) highly recommended this place to start with. After doing a little bit of looking at dept. stores and seeing what price ranges were, we decided to give them a go.
