This Apartment complex is a complete joke. I was charged 1500 dollars on my credit for leaving the apartment “inhabitable” this is pure not true they have never ever had any issues out of me while I resided here. And to be charged for damages to if not one of the best kept bug free apartments in this whole complex is completely absurd. I don’t recommend no one to live here if this the type of retaliation that occurs upon moving out. Attached is photos of pure Cleanliness nothing ever was damaged. These people are lying !! Our Apartment was cleaned and we went over and beyond !! SMH The management was being turned over to someone else who never did a walk through in the beginning!! I don't owe them shxt!! I guaranty that it look 100 from the people they let move in after , they had motor cycles and auto parts all up in there working on motors and shxt!! Damn shame !!!

To be honest I had a immaculate apartment in this community, pics included. Upon relocating the plot thickened. Received a list of things that "needed" to be repaired or left in inhabitable conditions. Now there's a 1500 claim on my consumer credit report reflecting inaccurate information. It's unfair for someone who keeps a highly clean and sanitized living space to be charged all these charges upon moving out when I have never lived in inhabitable living conditions. If you have children do not move in here... people smoke way too much that the smell would penetrate our apartment. Management was horrible. They took forever to get back to us whenever we had a problem. The worst was our move out experience .My husband and I took 2 hour trips from delano to bakersfield for a period of 4 days in order to leave the apartment spotless and clean... Which didn't matter because we got nothing back from our deposit. We have to pay $80 in repairs... Which by the way is a joke because the manager said we only needed the carpet cleaned. We were lied to as far as our move out inspection went. Still had the nerve to charge us for stuff they clearly told us were going to be covered by the management team. We left the apartment to what they wanted us to leave it and still charged us more then what they told us they were. Our AC leaked the whole time we were there and we were told they had fixed it. When we moved in , stuff was already messed up(including our fridge which took them 2 weeks to repair and lost hundreds in groceries)and got charged on the way out for those things. Horrible management and full of lies. Wouldnt recommend

Extremely difficult management. Moved in and had an extreme bug problem, warped cabinets, leaking sink that took WEEKS to get fixed because she refused to call someone to come do a simple fix. Almost all tendants say she almost never can be reached or bothered to actually help them fix what’s wrong in the apartments. Bad carpets, mold in various places in almost all apartments. Completely aside from the creepy people that are always just hanging out around the apartments cat calling women, having random sketchy cars come up to them(pretty blatant about selling something). I have lived in a Mirage (NOW SPECTRUM) for about 18 months and of course this place has its problems. There is not many people that would not prefer living in their own home rather than an apartment.

Water bug infestation they are about 1-2 inches. Random people come in the complex and get in the pool or by cars. A truck got stolen from inside the apartments the other day .Management dosent say anything shes nevwr available in her office Manager can be rude sometimes. And the apartment is outdated needs new stove fridge or even the floor needs to be repaired in the kitchen. But it's okay for the price.
