I have not yet lived here, but I did check this place out based on a friend’s recommendation. Julian, the manager of this complex, was super nice and provided a lot of information while he showed us two different units based on what we were looking for. The grounds are tidy and the apartments are quite spacious! I’m still looking, but this place is definitely in my top two of places I’ve viewed so far!

Been here almost a year. This property is under new management and is improving all the time. I live in a remodeled apartment which has new appliances, wood laminate floors, and energy efficient windows. Floor plan is 1000 sq ft and has dual master bedrooms. Can't beat the price! - especially since the extra charge for the upgraded apartment evens out with the lower pg&e bill. Located near downtown, Sam Lynn ballpark, FoodMaxx, Fast Food joints, Gas Stations, 7-11, laundromat, Banks, Freeway 99 and Post Office (not to mention public transportation). The area isn't the best, however the area isn

I have been living at Santa Rosa for a year now and it's been good. The management has been super helpful any time we needed them, when i got my keychain stolen management replaced the locks the very same day and the online rent paying system is so easy to use, the apartments are nice and washer and dryers are close by in the complex itself, the only downside to the apartment complex is the location , its close to the college and downtown but the nearby area is cause for concern , there is constant sirens and police coming to the apartment across the street and vagrants passing through the parking

My wife and I lived in Santa Rosa apartments for a one year lease. When we moved in the carpets need replacing because the previous tenant destroyed the apartment. The sewage backed up multiple times and we had to report it at least three times before they would do anything about it. We signed a no pet policy and we never had a pet in the apartment. When we moved out they charged us $150 carpet cleaning bill because of the smell of urine in the carpets. We also complained about the stove not working and they would never replace the stove and it took them two weeks to come look at our refrigerator

I lived here for about 14 months. I liked the community activities they held and how nice the kept up with landscaping and washer problems. It was difficult talking to the main staff but the maintenance guys were super nice and courteous. I know the neighborhoods around the area aren't the best and I heard a lot of police sirens there, but to reassure people. I once walked out to work and left the door open. It was wide open when I got back but nothing was missing or touched. It helped reassure me that in the community it wasn't all that bad. Will actually miss Santa Rosa Apartments.

Lived there 4 months and glad to be out.
The management was unresponsive to most needs and did not return calls.
My car was broken into, vandalized, and I was left with a $600+ bill to make it operational again, so do not think their courtesy patrol means anything.
The paint was so thick in the apartment that the doors stuck. I was scared to have my kids close the bathroom door, because I knew that they would not be able open it without help.
The windows and doors provide no hot/cold resistance to the outside, so our electric bill was usually $200/month in the winter for a 1000 square-foot
