Greenhaven Apartments

The apartment complex is just ok. My boyfriend and I rented a two bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom unit. The master bedroom/bath and garage were a decent size. Our living room was really small but ok for practical people. Not enough heating vents downstairs. The kitchen cabinets were outdated. The paint is cheap especially around the windows. The carpet was cheap as well. Overall the complex is quiet and clean. They do not have enough trash containers outside, so they were usually overflowing with garbage. Additionally, the entrance gates (main one and back gate) many times were faulty and left opened

Put in an application and was approved, however decided it wasn’t a fit. However, just wanted to say this place looks very neat and the Property Manager Charmaine is very professional and kind. She was quick to respond and I love that we communicated through email. Wish it would have worked out, but our family needed something different.

Absolutely love living here ♡ Ben & I joke that we'll live here forever. Lol. The management, maintenance, gardeners, gym/pool house cleaners are all very nice, approachable, and just overall awesome people.
The whole community is very beautiful and well maintained and anytime we need anything fixed they usually come within a day or two. I.e. Our sink disposal was fixed that same day, the door was resealed the next day, our window that was stuck was fixed the next day etc. Kuddos to maintenance and management for their fast help ♡

Dealing with management has been awful. They are rude and claim to have called but never do.

This place is unsafe!!!. Car was broken into twice and apartment was robbed this last time. Lighting is completely inadequate at night perfect for thieves. Management has been terrible and they informed me that they have not had security here in over a year and have 0 security cameras. Despite being off of a busy intersection with all sorts of people crossing by. This last time decided to see if landlord would mutually end month to month lease (essentially forgoing 20 days of notice) and they were totally unwilling to work. Just repeating over and over that no security is guaranteed in the lease

My friends just moved here. It's a gated community filled with beautiful trees and homes. They have a pool too!

We've lived her for 4 years now and really like it. The gym is open 24/7 for the early birds or the ones who work nights and are off one night. Living rooms are small and oddly designed but fairly easy to work with. Repairs get done fairly quickly, but it sometimes seems maintenance goes by their own schedule instead of what is convenient for the tenant. I don't like people being here when I'm not so I have to take off work. If I'm told between 2-4, that's what I expect, not someone to knock on my door at 9, then call me and ask where I'm at. Beautiful, hilly, outside grass area great for playing
