I’m going to make a review about the manager, as for the place, you can come out and check it out for yourself , Stephanie is the second manager who I worked with during our lease, I have nothing but good things to say , she was attentive to our concerns, and is always friendly to the residents , as how managers should be. She was able to able to address our concerns even though it was before her time as manager.

Waited til we got our deposit to write a review. Moved out near the end of March and it's the end of may and we just got our refund back.
I can only speak for the loft i was staying. It was nice loft with decent square foot for two people we were first time renters so it was decent we lived here for about a year and a half and the two managers we had were great. If i ever had a maintenance issue they would fix it right away so i was happy with the customer service.
Now the cons:
1. When it is summer time the loft got way too hot we were at #21. The AC unit didnt really help and u need to keep

Moved out ion July and haven't received my deposit back yet, it is now the middle of September. Can't get supervisor to give me a phone call back regarding deposit. As far as staying at the apartments they had a new manager - nice red headed lady, very polite and welcoming. never had an issue, price is commensurable with location.

I think it is fun that the ones that leave the bad reviews are the ones that are the problem, I Lived here since new management has been here and loved it the only problem are the other people that just don't care and don't listen to management the're the ones that are making this place look bad . But this is not a bad place to live and for the most part everyone gets along and or stays to there self. Good place for the price

The positives: The actual studio apartment wasn't in too bad of shape and is affordable. The carpeting had been redone recently, the complex provides a refrigerator, there is ample parking, water is paid for. The management are courteous and respond back quickly.
The negatives: There was mold near the vent that I put in repair requests for that were ignored for over three months. The appliances were out of date and in rough shape. I would not recommend going out after sunset (or at all). My mailbox (along with several others) was broken into and it is not uncommon to see a parole officer car parked

The staff in office are respectful and nice, and they work well with you if you have any financial issues with paying rent. Only problem is there is no emergency number to contact if something happens. My A.C. unit is currently not working making the temputure inside 80-90 degrees and since it's currently a 3 day weekend we are stuck in this heat until the office opens. And only god knows how long it will take them to fix it.

I like the managers they were super nice in helpful. I moved in to the complex in 2011 and have been there ever since. No complaints what so ever. I do not plan on moving anytime soon. The neighborhood has been ruff at times but the complex has always been home. Great place to live! We are a united community and I love this place.

I use to live at pacific terrace apartments. There is really nothing bad to say about this place. Its a good place to live if you are on a budget is is very affordable. It's also a nice place grounds always clean and grass is always green. Management and staff are really nice and respectful. About the bug issues I personally never had one but I did hear of others that did I guess its all in how you live and how clean you are, cant really blame them for that. I would recommend this place to anyone but if you looking for luxury this is not the place for you the neighborhood is a little ruff but nothing
