Al was very kind and understanding. I came for a visit to see my mother and needed a licensed michanic to look at my vehical and just tell me what was wrong with it so that the problem would be fixed under warranty. Long story short he got me into the shop in less then two days. He spent a couple hours trying to figure it out. Once the problem was found he wrote me up a slip and told me to have the dealership call if there was any issues with his diagnoses or if they had questions on what he all wrote anything at all. He even gave me a more then fair price for all the time he actually spent on

I can not explain how amazing these people are or how thankful i am to them. Wonderful wonderful team of people here who truly care and are not just out to make a buck.
