Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!
We make sure our residents are taken care of by having an on-site management team, as well as 24-hour maintenance, and pool. Conveniently located on premises are your personal laundry care facilities. We offer everything you need and more! It's our goal to make coming home the best part of your day.
Proof of Renters Insurance The Heights at Signal Hill must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish.

These people are blatant liars,
they won't tell you why they are denying your application if they don't like some thing about you, they will give you some fake reason to why they "have" to deny you, they stole 100$ off of me, lied on contract which was presented to me as an offer, and they changed requirements mid application.
Some woman that is on their reception is just blatant liar, she changes sentences mid way depending on what she was told by her boss or somebody.
She should be ashamed of herself as an individual, and upon further review all of The Heights apartment complexes have similar
