The teeth are held firmly in place by strong roots that extend into the jawbone. Molars and premolars tend to have several roots, whereas the front incisors only have a single root. The end or tip of each root is termed the apex. The apex is where the nerves and blood vessels enter the tooth and aids in the delivery of blood to the crown (the part of the tooth you can see in your mouth).
Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth and also provide a fixed solution to having removable partial or complete dentures. Implants provide excellent support and stability for these dental appliances. Dental implants are artificial roots and teeth (usually titanium) that are surgically placed into the upper or lower jaw bone by a dentist or Periodontist - a specialist of the gums and supporting bone.
Following dental implant surgery, patients must take detailed care of the area surrounding their new implant. For the first month the dental implant is still integrating with the bone and tissues so the patient's care routine will be slightly more involved during this initial period. Above all, do not disturb the wound in the initial days that follow surgery.

These people are always rude I finally had enough it's like there mad that your there. I just walked out of my appointment. The lady at front desk is the doctors wife and she just thinks she can have an attitude with everyone. She's just a rude bitter angry only lady. I don't recommend this place at all. Zero stars if I could.

He drilled tooth 10 times more than promised, charged me $9000 judging from my approved approve loan limit though he advertised $1-$100. Now that he drilled like crazy, my natural tooth is only left with tiny bit
Right after his treatment the veneers dropped within a month after eating soft bread, my gums started bleeding horribly, lacerated and he had to reattach it almost 5 times. He declined to reattach additional 4 veneers unless I pay $250. He lied that he refused it because I declined it. I only declined he wants to clean it because he might rip me off again. He banned me from going to his

After seeing the reviews i almost didn't call, but i decided to give them a shot since they were close to me. The lady on the phone was not very helpful! she first asked me what insurance, i said Delta Dental, she asked if it was PPO or Delta Care USA and as soon as i said it wasn't the PPO it seemed like she gave me every excused in the book as to why she couldn't give me and appt for my daughter.. she made me feel like i was begging for an appt! Yeap i should have listen to the other yelpers about this place! if you don't have PPO they treat you like you don't matter

Showed up on time for my appointment; I was not greeted for 10 minutes. When I was the staff member didn't say hi or sorry for the wait...she just said what's your name and handed me a clipboard.
I filled out my paperwork and waited at the counter for another 10 minutes. She returned and called another person who was waiting back in to the rooms. I asked how long it would be for me to be seen and she combatively replied "well YOU just filled out your paperwork." With that I asked for my paperwork back and walked out.

Worst experience ever!!said i have crack in front teeth. scared me with much more extensive work like route canal if i didn't cap them, so i went forward to fix 2 front teeth which were straight and even. first temporarys put in were crooked with a split. when i said so, he started drilling. bottom teeth too which had no problem with and was not numbed. still crooked with split. had to live with until permanent teeth came in. i am so upset. i now have buck teeth, uneven and stick out. he had hard time removing temporary teeth so he kept hammering to break them loose with like a chisel and

Got a groupon for this place for a teeth whitening. Waited over 30 minutes for my scheduled consult. Dentist comes in, scrapes my teeth a few seconds, says they look really bad (wow, my dentist would definitely disagree) and they need to be cleaned before they can be whitened. Net net, imho the groupon is a clever ploy to build their client base. Fine if you are looking for a new dentist but I am not, just wanted a deal on whitening my teeth.

STEER CLEAR. This was literally the best rated dentist for my dental plan, which is not saying a lot. I came late last year because I needed a cleaning. The receptionist was nice but everything was hell from there on out. A lady came to take x-rays, which was fine. But when the dentist came to be after to tell me that I had 8 cavities and that I needed fillings for all of them, I literally thought "NOPE." There's no way in hell that was correct. I asked him to show me all the cavities but all he did was point at random areas of my teeth and tell me "see? It's right there

At first this place was perfect for me, close to work and everyone was so nice. I did notice that Dr. Tadros was a little overly critical towards the receptionist but didn't overthink it. He is super pushy about the invisalign treatments and yes i ended up getting it. I was severely disappointed with it as i got a lisp and the brackets/buttons on my teeth looked awful, i felt so deceived for not knowing any of this and when i mentioned it to Dr. Tadros he was so condescending like what did you expect? and almost shocked that i would even complain. I continued with my treatment on and off

I went to Los Gatos Dental Care for a dental cleaning. I was not told on the phone their procedure that they don't necessarily do a regular cleaning. I soon learned Dr. Tadros is unethical.
First as is common practice they took x-rays. Dr. Tadros asked me the standard questions, did I have pain, bleeding, sensitivity etc. and for all questions my answer was no. He made a recommendation for toothpaste for sensitive teeth even though I don't have sensitive teeth, I guess he wasn't listening.
He looked in my mouth and sprayed cold air and that was it. He never examined my teeth

I have no idea why this place is getting such awesome reviews.
Let me preface my review with this: I have gone to the same dentist for 24 years (I am 27) So I basically have never gone to any other dentist. I absolutely loved him and he was amazing (although slightly overpriced and by slightly I mean a lot) but I trusted him with my life. Unfortunately, I lost my dental insurance and had to switch. So I am now a newbie at Los Gatos Dental (although I will not be going back).
I went to LGD because I had a cavity. This is my experience:

I chose this dental office because of the insurance my husband and I have. My husband needed full restorations, got them, and is very happy. I only needed cleaning & check up, got those, and I am very happy. We are senior citizens, and from what I have seen of this office, I think it is very fortunate that I have the privilege of being a patient at LGDC. I have been a dental assistant (now retired) since 1972, and trust me, I have seen it all. This dental office is together, and I appreciate them. All except for one phone call from a new employee who called to make a teeth cleaning appointment

I've been going to LG dental where Dr. Tadros has been my doctor for the last 3 years and I love it. They are extremely flexible with their hours and accomodating at all times. When my tooth was knocked out from a hard bite of food I ate, i called them and they opened up their office for me on a saturday to help fix my tooth and help with my pain.
I also got my teeth whitened here before and they look GREAT! I love it, it was reasonably priced and I recommend everyone to get their teeth whitened here!
