My ring was broken so I need to repair it as soon as possible. It's our wedding ring and I got used to wearing it on my finger. I found this place because of yelp. When I enter, Victor greets me. I told her what I wanted and he repaired it immediately. The repair was so masterful it looks pretty good. I'm so happy with the service and the quality of his work. DO NOT GO HERE! Owner stole and admitted to taking 11 grams of our gold off our wedding rings and tried to keep the gold because "how else is he supposed to make a profit unless he takes gold for payment".
We went in to get our wedding bands resized, my husbands band was made of his late mother and grand mothers wedding rings. When we dropped off the ring they were thick and heavy rings. Upon picking up our rings we were handed thin light weight rings that were not our original rings at all.
It wasn't until my husband broke down in the store realizing his late mothers wedding ring was stolen

I cannot say thank you to Victor enough! He is a true artist! I went to him asking if he could combine my wife's engagement ring, and wedding ring. Each were eternity rings, one with only diamonds the other with diamonds and opals. Vik sat down with me and we discussed what I had in mind. He got me the renderings very quickly and I was at a loss for words. As you can imagine... my wife naturally discovered her rings missing and played along with it. I took my favorite diamond ring here on Thursday not feeling very hopeful that it could be repaired. I had broken a prong on the ring that made it look symmetric. Vik is phenomenal to work with. My fiancé proposed with an heirloom set that needed a bit of updating and cleaning. I couldn't come up with an articulate way to phrase what kind of redesign I was looking for, but Vik was able to listen, decipher my yammering and provide us with a plan in less than 10 minutes.
It took a couple of weeks, but was entirely worth the wait. The new set design used the all the original diamonds and metal. I'm already planning on taking a few other of my pieces to Vik to repair/redesign.

I had gotten my engagement ring resized at the location that my fiancé originally purchased the ring from, and when I got it back it was still a bit big but also had a scratch on it that wasn't there before. I was so disappointed to discover that, so decided to take it to Lincoln Park Gems to have it resized again and to see if the scratch could be buffed out.

I usually visit Yelp, prior to going to any new business. My fiancée proposed, however the ring needed to be sized. Of course...I was way too anxious to wait the week that the store said it would take to come back. I called and spoke with Victor at Lincoln Park Gems and he said he could do it the same day. Wow... I was so thrilled. In the time it took him to size the ring. I treated myself to a mani and pedi at a local nail salon. It was just perfect. Victor is the BEST!!! I brought my engagement ring to Lincoln Park Gems about a year ago to get enlarged by half a size. The staff was very nice and very professional, but when I picked up my ring I noticed that the shape of the band had changed considerably. It looked like they had shaved off some of the metal at the base of the band to enlarge it. I called to ask about this, and they confirmed that this is their usual process and that "usually people don't notice this." They kindly offered to fix it, but I didn't want to risk damaging my ring further. After doing some research, I found out that the common "best" practice

I have a necklace I gave my wife for Mother's Day that broke that same night. The ring the clasp locks through broke. I went on Yelp and submitted a request to LPG for an estimate to repair and got a reply back very quickly from Victor with a very fair estimate to repair.
I brought it in today and Victor said he would have it ready the next day which was fine. Within a few hours I received a message from Victor informing me he has it ready. I was pleasantly surprised. Victor did a great job of replacing the little ring and at a very fair price.

I researched places to go to get jewelry repaired for a very long time for my necklace. This is a gold-filled necklace my boyfriend gave to me and it means the world to me. For a long time, the clasp had been broken and he had told me to take it to a jeweler but I am so attached this necklace that I had trust issues with dropping it off and walking away. I had a broken bracelet on a watch that is no longer produced. I didn't have any replacement pieces so the owner of this jewelry shop went well above and beyond the call of duty and fashioned me new metal prices for my bracelet. Now my watch fits better than it ever has. His work is second to none. I told him he doesn't charge enough! Don't hesitate to use this gentleman. His work is outstanding.

I got my wedding band sized down and my engagement ring polished the same day at a extremely reasonable price . I never realized how filthy my ring was until I got it back and my wedding band fits perfectly now. I can't stop looking at my rings. Highly recommend.

This is my first Yelp review...I had to do one for Victor. I had a broken vintage bangle bracelet with the prettiest piece of turquoise. I had it repaired by another jeweler and it broke again. I wanted to get the part of the bracelet soldered onto a new bangle to still be able to wear the turquoise. I asked my husband to have this done as my Christmas present, but he went to several jewelers who told him it could not be done. I decided to try one more place- Lincoln Park Gems, and Victor made it happen! I am so in love with his work!
