We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We do not accept American Express.
During your pet's initial evaluation an assessment is made to determine an appropriate treatment plan based on his or her needs. Our canine rehabilitation team believes that you are a vital part of your pet's rehabilitation. Therefore, we develop and provide you with some basic home exercises that will support your pet's therapy program.

At first, they said that they could treat a guinea pig, so I brought one of my guinea pigs there, but they did NOTHING for her, and just sent us home with an antibiotic. My other guinea pig got hurt badly recently, so I called the vet, but they said that they didn’t accept new patients, and that they didn’t even have a record of my guinea pig. They took the money and did nothing.

Overall we've been fortunate to have had great primary vets for our poochies but Dr. Furutani at Mililani Mauka Vet Clinic has by far all our hands and toes in for our vote on the best vet ever. So genuine, caring, down-to-earth, knows her stuff and professional. She let us watch her do her entire checkup and treatment on our Emma girl via google connect that lasted nearly one hour. So patient and loving with our girl and explained everything she was doing. She also followed up with us the next day to review and explain xrays taken by another vet and text us the images so we could better understand
