Not going to even bother. My husband and I had an appointment at 2pm to tour the complex. They have this text system that reminded me this morning about the appointment. We get there at 1:00 and left to get lunch. Came back around 1:45-1:50pn and there is a sign on the door that says “will return at 2:30pm.” We drove from 20-30 minutes away to get to this place for an appointment and they can’t even be bothered to be there at the appointment time. Very unprofessional. We chose to leave and check out other places in the area. If they can’t be professional for a potential tenant, I shudder

Writing a review is an understatement the office staff has taken advantage of my sister that lives in the community in the time of covid the stories that I've been told are unbelievable the girl in the office has charged my sister late fees for the last 6 months during covid and then turned around and put the money order in her own pocket and they don't repair broken issues inside the apartments this property has poor Property Management and property staff

I have nothing but good things to say about living here. Maintenance requests sometimes take a few days but never had any serious issues requiring immediate attention. The leasing people are kind and answer all my question. Only reason I rated 4 stars is because trash is often overfull. Quiet, neighbors are kins. I’m a young woman who lives on my own and I have no safety fears living here.

This place is horrible! The pool looks like a swamp and has since the first day of summer. Furniture left to rot in parking area. Listen to me! Don’t move here!!!! We have documented everything and will be leaving here soon. VIA an attorney! I don’t often listen too Google reviews, please listen to this one!

I am very happy with my apartment! The apartment has a full kitchen, washer/dryer connections, tile back splash, and new oven. Plus the fitness facility has all new equipment. The property is well kept with awesome landscaped grounds. Whenever I've had a question or concern, Autumn (Property Manager), has been more than helpful. I would recommend Rosewood for anyone looking for a nice & secure place to live.
