Advocates Home Health Care is a small, multi-cultural team including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and aides. We work with the patient/client and their family to promote independence, dignity and activities within their own home where they are most comfortable.

Skilled care is a type of care provided by licensed medical professionals, including nurses, therapists, and aides, for the purpose of treating or managing an illness, injury, or medical condition.
You can call us with the name of your doctor and we will reach out for a doctor's order or. We talk to you or your health care representative (son, daughter, family member) to answer your questions and we schedule time to come to your house to do an evaluation. While receiving treatment your doctor will receive an update from us regarding the status of your process.
