Had mixed feeling as it's a very nice hotel but was extremely disappointed by the pool experience. 3.5 stars

Highlights:
- Nice lobby and 2 towers but still remained a small, accessible property.
- Service: texted me after check in to see how things were going and and before checkout.
- All rooms face the ocean and have huge large floor to ceiling windows with electric operated shades with a blackout version for those who want to sleep in
- Decent sized pool for Honolulu and not too crowded.
- Pool service: constantly checking on us and called to fix the hot tub minutes after jets stopped

Beautiful Resort. Close to everything. Very Clean and Gorgeous views. Service is impeccable.

My only complaint would be if you are bringing a baby their pack-n-play didn't have a bottom so you could feel the bars. We had to stack comforters on the bottom which wouldn't be safe our little one had been just a couple months younger.

My wife is a hotel snob & she made reservations to stay here back in June 2021. Fast forward four months later. We were happy we stayed here bc of the convenience of location & the club lounge!

We ultimately ended up on the 32nd floor in a lovely two bed suite. The beds weren't super hard enough though. We can only get the sunsets at night but who's complaining? If you really want to see the sunrise check out the neighboring buildings bc you can see its reflections!

Bc of Covid it was necessary for both of us at checkin time to show the hotel employee our QR code on the Hawaii

We stayed at the Prince for my friends' wedding, and it sure felt like a luxury tourist experience. (We are all locals.)

We were in the one-bedroom suites in the Ala Moana Tower that had an incredible view of the ocean. The suites were spacious, with a variety of comfortable seating, plush beds, and a really pretty bathroom. These rooms were also used as the guys/girls prep rooms for the wedding, and we really appreciated all the extra space as we were running around getting ready. We also had professional hair and makeup artists come in to do the bride and her relatives. The space worked

Aloha! This place is a great place to stay and very accommodating to the guests. I believe that is what makes Prince a very popular place for many. Every staff member was awesome and helpful.

Upon entering the hotel, make note of all the artistic decorations they have here. I liked it a bunch. The "Ocean Front Harbor" room is overlooking the harbor which was nice. I just wished it was the beach instead because of Hawaii. The cool thing about the rooms is that the window curtains. It's ELECTRONIC! :) The room was very spacious and nice even with a baby around. The bed was SUPER

#grateful I got Pamie, front desk clerk, 31 years of service, treated me with so much Aloha as soon as I walked through the door, after getting treated poorly on two different occasions from the Sheraton Waikiki. I just saw that the infinity pool was a lot more awesome at the Prince. Amazing sunset with lots of awesome company at the pool. The lady serving drinks name was Terry. She has been here for over three years. The whole time I stayed here I was treated with so much respect, and no judgement based on my parents. I try to live extremely humbly and then treat myself to the best. I will definitely

The front desk had great customer service. As well as the pool servers and house keepers. The views from the room are nice. However if you get a room facing the pool it can get a little noisy at times. The only reason why I didn't give them 5stars is because the wood around the pool area is a little beat up and needs to be redone. Had a great stay though.
Added a picture with a view from the infinity pool at sunset.

It's all really lovely. We came in with club level privilege and first class flying. So nice. They gave us top floor on the 33rd where they all have a ocean view and the place is really not busy. Kinda like a private resort.

Ambience 5/5
House Keeping 5/5
Front Desk Service 5/5
Room Quality 5/5
Bar & Pool Area 5/5

The Front Desk Staff Was Truly So Helpful, I Stayed In A High View Of The Ocean & It Was Worth It! The Windows Open Up & The Room Is Spacious.
I Also Did Enjoy That The Restroom Had A Bidet, The Restroom Was Quite Large & Very Private!
House Keeping Is On Top Of Their Stuff As My Room Was Always Clean & The Valet Drivers Were Very Kind, If The Parking Lot Was Full Valet Would Take Care Of The Car Without Question!
Lastly, The Pool & Bar Area Was Fun. We Went Into The Infinity Pool

I stayed here the last time I was in town and I am happy to be back. I really enjoy this hotel on many levels. It's a great location as it's close to anything and everything. The ocean side carves out a beautiful view of Waikiki.
The rooms feel snug, quiet, and comfortable while ocean side offers a beautiful view of the marina as well as the beaches.
The restaurants do a fine job and offer a nice variation despite the challenges of Covid.
The employees are not only friendly but have a very genuine disposition. The worst thing about coming to this hotel is that I have to leave it to go

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! Overall, it was a very nice stay. The room was bright, clean, and had the most beautiful floor-to-ceiling view of the marina. It glistened when the sun was out! The heated toilet and shower water pressure were both heavenly. There was even a drying line above the tub! We ordered in-room dining for our last morning and it didn't take long at all for our food to arrive.

The resort pool was super fun! The attendant there (I didn't get his name) was super hilarious and kind. He took our orders for our drinks, made jokes, and even took photos

AMAZING! This hotel was top notch. From the view to the infinity pool. The room, the bathroom, the heated toilet sit and bidet ( after I clean it down Ofcourse I'm bff's with santi cloths ) Customer service was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. Even housekeeping was on point. I say this because in many hotels house keeping was cut back or not until you checkout. When I go to a hotel I expect housekeeping. I mean we do pay for it. However, I do understand due to the pandemic they take precautions. But this hotel is definitely in my Top 5.

After arriving on a red eye, we were awoken at 7am local time, to the wonderful sounds of construction vehicles and chainsaws. Yes, you heard me correctly! Chainsaws and incessant beeping of earth movers and other construction vehicles for hours upon end.

When we brought this up to Jin at the front desk he was very confused. I showed him the picture and video of the construction noise from our 12th floor hotel room and his response was "oh, that's not our property". Clearly this $400 a night hotel could care less about the quiet enjoyment of its paying guests.

We had a spectacular stay here last month. We miss the place already. We got the harbor view with two Queen beds. Felt super safe here in terms of the location and all staff are so so so so nice! Book now as there are waiving all amenities and parking as hawaii starts to be opening back up. We stayed in the beginning of june 2021. The rooms are clean!! Bidet inside the room. Housekeeping will come in on the 3 rd day of your stay or you can put our your sign so they can bypass for another time.
Parking garage felt safe but the spaces were small. So be mindful to back up when parking.

My friend and I decided to take advantage of a Kama'aina (Hawaii resident) price/rate for this hotel. Our stay was from June 24 to June 28, 2021. Aside from the reduced room rate, other benefits included free self-parking and no resort fees. We were excited (and relieved) for a weekend getaway in Waikiki.

Staying at the Prince Waikiki was a real treat. We were celebrating our "babymoon," as in our "last hurrah" before our first baby is born. I booked the room about a month in advance and eagerly looked forward to our stay.

Upon checking in, we were upgraded to an oceanfront room on the 10th floor. We were so delighted! That hospitality is not lost on me. The room itself had stunning views of the Ala Wai boat harbor and endless ocean views. It was a little close to the pool, so with the windows open it got noisy. We had a king sized bed which was comfortable with pillows that

We recently visited for vacation and from the jump Prince Waikiki was very pro active about emailing all of the current requirements to visit Hawaii, including trusted partner testing, etc. They were also going to be doing a bit of exterior work and let me know in advance as well.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Check in with their concierge was efficient and friendly, front desk staff, pool staff, housekeeping and every person I encountered working here provided 5 star service.

They had started holiday activities the week I departed and I had the opportunity to partake in a little
