Since 1999 Dr. Lerner and her staff have been dedicated to serving both you and your feline family members with all of your veterinary needs. Our team is devoted to your cat's comfort and quality of life whether they are a kitten in need of routine surgery or a geriatric patient in need of advanced medical support.

She fills many roles here including managing the team and office, as well as being the lead assistant. Sandra's professional interests include the human-animal bond, nutrition, and making veterinary visits less stressful.

Services
Dr. Lerner grew up on Long Island, NY. She graduated from Ursinus College with highest honors in their pre-med program. She continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where she obtained her VMD in 1988. Dr. Lerner and her husband, Lee, opened Just for Cats in November of 1999, becoming Delaware County's first feline exclusive veterinary practice.
She has had 4 surgeries total due to the injuries, one of them resulting in the loss of her tail. She needed intense medical care for the first 6 months of her life and during that time she became a member of Just For Cats family. Her eyelids were malformed and she has had a surgery to correct them as well.
