Useless! They wouldn't work on my car and instead suggested I go to a dealership where most people are ripped off. For example, 400 dollars just to change transmission fluid. These guys supposedly identified the vacuum leak but my car is still running lean. I'm out 50 dollars and they kept my car for almost 2 days. I still can't drive! This was the 3rd place I visited as the dealership us too expensive and too busy to even look at my car.

I have exposed wires which I taped up myself from a small engine fire and I wanted them to fix the lean condition which is too much air in the

Sometimes you try something new and don't have the best experience. While they guy that handled my car was nice enough, the price felt pretty inflated. On top of a cringe-worthy amount of money for the work, my invoice included $17 "supplies fee" (not parts fee) and another $17 for using my credit card. Both of which I was not informed about. I am very picky with who works on my Buick. Overheard some people talking at the airport about the good service from Sandston Auto. Took my car in when I got in town. Kevin and Josh were excellent. Good work, fair pricing and good communication. Took my van in next day and same service. Highly recommend

I have been taking my cars to Kevin for years when he was at different shops. When he opened his own shop, I said, why wouldn't I continue to take my vehicle to him when I saw I was leaking fluid from under my car. (1999 CRV) Kevin put the car on the lift and showed me where the leak was coming from, which was from my rack and pinion boot. He also showed me where a couple of other parts had gotten worn. No one enjoys spending a lot of money on car repairs. It was more than the typical $50 - $300 repair. I did call other repair shops, but Sandston Automotive was the cheapest with quality

Above and beyond service. Kevin and Josh were
Beyond helpful and helped to service both of my vehicles. Fair pricing and very down to earth! Not open on weekends, would love some Saturday hours, but other than that, can't complain!
