We were having transmission issues on the way back from a trip and we took our car here. They got us in quickly and did a complimentary check up on the vehicle including adding transmission fluid. We were traveling home to southern Colorado when our truck died on I70. We contacted some friends we know in New Castle and they recommended we bring it to Rieger. We had no appointment and they got it diagnosed and repaired in the same day. The price was great and the customer service was top notch! I took my truck to several mechanics in the valley and nobody could/would fix the problems I was having with my truck. Took it to Rieger and they fixed the problems and let me know some other things that were in need of replacement. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on. Happy to get my truck back in good working condition finally. Thanks Rieger!

I was able to get my car in quickly for new tires. I mentioned that a shop in Denver had told me I needed new struts, and they said they'd check it out. Turned out, I didn't need new struts...and the shop in Denver may have just been trying to get some extra $$ out of me. Fast, efficient and HONEST. I live in town, and they gave me a ride to my home and came to pick me up when they were finished. SO HAPPY with the service here. 😊
