The difference in a manager and a baby is, one day the baby will grow up.
This is in fact a real person. the Owner arre the definition of arrogant and would rather have his Techs spend 80% of their time writing fantasy stories and estimates. While he F5s his google reviews and deletes or reports reviews he doesn't like. Professional Display of Arrogance

I asked them to put on some mud flaps since they had the tires off, handed them the directions, they had to remove 3 existing factory screws, hold the mud flap up, put in the same 3 screws, they charged me $90. They did it wrong too boot, didn’t follow the directions I gave them. Wrote a paragraph in the diagnostics that the mud flaps didn’t fit (because they installed them wrong, they fit fine when done right) I had a friend pick up the truck or I would have had them redo it and charge me appropriately. I called, No refunds, had to fix it myself, took me over 4minutes. They said the owner

These guys are super knowledgable and busy because of it! Totally worth the wait. A little pricey but to be expected in this valley for the quality of service they provide. I always take my sprinter van here when I have issues and they never have and problem fixing it. Highly recommend!

All the guys at PDA were very helpful and informative. They fixed all issues with my vehicle and made sure it was up to par. I really appreciate their professionalism and not treating me like a woman that doesn't know anything. I highly recommend them to anyone and any company that has a fleet of vehicles they need serviced!
