These apartments are very unorganized and disgusting. The residence are lazy. And the management does not respond to these types of things quickly. I stay here and this is what I see every morning. Trash every where inside the breeze ways, along the fence lines in the parking lot.. the playground is not safe for toddlers trash EVERYWHERE!!! Just in all not a good place to stay.

I really do hate I moved here on this property these mangers and maintenance ppl dnt wanna fix anything I've been here almost 5 yrs they have ppl beating on the wall trash always full an my breaker box has been and still is cutting off and I have complained to the office and they still haven't did nothing about all the maintenance guys says is they gone come look at it when the problem needs to be fixed and not steady looked at yes I hate it here I been looking for me somewhere to move

This is in regards to Gateway of Hutchins. I stayed in apartment 126 and in the apartment across the hall from me a woman was killed. This was a very sad moment because all of us was close to each other in that breezeway! I asked if I could be moved to another apartment I was told yes because I didn't feel comfortable or safe in that breeze way. The following week I went back to sign the new paperwork they told me I can't move. I then decided to move out myself and they charged me. This complex does not care about anyone's safety just their money! I wouldn't suggest moving here

I been living here for a few months by myself.When they moved me in the room 3 months to finish whatever.Never seen my apt til the day I moved in.Then when I moved in 1 of my bathrooms can't be used!😡Electricity keeps going out for too long!They tried to add on $500 of late fees that "I DONT OWE"
